Spartan Owners Club

The club covers all models originally offered by Spartan Cars, including Triumph-based and Ford-based Roadsters as well as Treka, Starcraft, Sherwood and Bandit.

The club was formed from the London-based regional club by a vote at their AGM in April 1978, to support the growing number of Spartan kit car owners and builders. During the 1970s and 1980s the Spartan was an incredibly popular kit, and the SOC was one of the largest owners clubs attending kit car shows.

The club publishes the quarterly club magazine 'Spartacus' and offers a members-only Facebook page. Besides attending the annual Stoneleigh National Kit Car Show, the club also hosts an annual weekend away for members, including the AGM and Concours events. The club is a member of the Federation of British Historic Vehicle Clubs.
