About the club
The Veteran Club Maribor is one of the oldest clubs of its kind in Slovenia, having been founded back in 1986. Members come from the wider Maribor area and its surroundings. The club has grown into one of the larger and most active clubs in Slovenia and has 150 members.
The club regularly ranks among the five most successful clubs in the classic vehicle competition for the SVS association cup. Traditionally, the club organizes the international Štajerska rally in August. Joint activities include a national Slovenian meeting in April, trips and excursions according to the club program, and participation in SVS association events. Occasional lectures as well as training for judges and commissioners are offered to members.
