Tyne Tees Heritage Transport

The collection includes historic trams, trolleybuses, classic cars and motorbikes, as well as a bus and a police vehicle.

The organisation was founded in 2019 by a group of transport enthusiasts from several clubs who recognised the importance of preserving the region's transport history. From a small group of volunteers, it has grown into an organisation that restores vehicles and expands its collection.

The organisation hosts and supports events such as classic car shows, rallies and exhibitions, working with other local clubs. It also visits care homes in the region, using the collection to spark memories.
