The Swift Club

The club is dedicated to cars, cycles and motorcycles produced by the Swift Motor Co. between 1901 and 1931.

The club was founded in June 1985 at an impromptu weekend rally in Norfolk, attended by 25 Swift cars. A Swift register maintained since 1974 by the Bean Car Club was transferred to the new club at its founding, and a register for Swift cycles was added in 1999. The club is a member of the Federation of British Historic Vehicle Clubs and the RAC Motor Sports Association.

Activities include an annual rally for Swift vehicles and a regular newsletter in which members exchange technical information and offer vehicles or parts. The club also maintains a library of technical literature and sales brochures relating to the Swift marque.

Membership is open to all past and present owners of Swift cars, cycles and motorcycles, and to anyone interested in these vehicles.
