The Early MG Society

The focus is on M.G. 11.9 HP, 14 HP and 18 HP cars produced from 1923 to 1933. The society is an independent organisation providing information, support, and historical and technical data. The focus is on M.G. 11.9 HP, 14 HP and 18 HP cars produced from 1923 to 1933.

The society also maintains an archive of drawings, photographs, films, manuals and technical articles.

The society regularly organises two official events each year, one in the UK and one in mainland Europe. The AGM is held on a weekend in January, usually at a hotel in Oxfordshire. Members also meet at various vintage motoring events in the UK, such as VSCC events. A 50-page full colour magazine is published twice a year, supplemented by regular news updates by email.

Membership is open not only to owners but also to those interested in the cars or wishing to take part in the events.
