The 1100 Club

This includes vehicles from the 1962 Morris 1100 to the Mk3 Austin 1300, as well as various MG, Wolseley, Riley Kestrel and Vanden Plas Princess variants. The club was founded in 1985 after a Buyer's Guide in Practical Classics painted a negative picture of 1100s, with the aim of keeping members' cars on the road.

Although based in the UK, the club has international members in Europe, the USA, Asia, New Zealand and Australia. It publishes the magazine 'Idle Chatter' six times a year and offers members a searchable database of technical information as well as exclusive classified ads. Regular activities include a national rally as well as regional events such as a Spring Show and an Autumn Gathering, plus a network of local meetings and area contacts.
