Sunderland & District Classic Vehicle Society

The Sunderland & District Classic Vehicle Society is a classic vehicle club based in Sunderland. The society was founded in 1996, the first informal meeting was held at the Board Inn on Durham Road in Sunderland.

The club meets regularly on the first Thursday of each month at the Farmers Club in Ryhope Village, Sunderland. At least six own events are organised each year, plus other shows are attended and trips to museums and other events such as the NEC. The first show of the year is the Start of Season show at the Ryhope Engines Museum on Easter Sunday.

Membership is open: all are welcome to attend the meetings. The club has a reputation for being friendly, welcoming and helpful, and is run by a hard-working committee.
