Stiftung AutoMuseum Volkswagen

The museum is located in Wolfsburg and displays over 130 vehicles from automobile history. The collection includes Volkswagen treasures, prototypes and production models, including the Beetle, the Type 2 (Bulli), air-cooled mid-range models and the Golf introduced in 1974.

The museum is considered one of the most popular attractions in Wolfsburg. Besides the permanent exhibition, there are special exhibitions such as on Audi in Le Mans, as well as lecture events and events like an open house day.

The museum is open Tuesday to Sunday, closed on Mondays.
