Scottish Military Vehicle Group

The Scottish Military Vehicle Group is a collection of enthusiasts who own, restore and run military vehicles. Many of the vehicles are of WW2 vintage, but there are also numerous post war types.

The membership is spread over the whole of Scotland. Members support events such as Armed Forces Day, Remembrance Poppy Day, regimental and veteran reunions as well as military and vintage vehicle events across the UK and Europe. Because of the number of rare vehicles in Scotland, members are often asked to provide vehicles for film work.

There has been a growing trend to present vehicles through displays or dioramas. The Group also produces its own electronic newsletter, available to members only.
