Routemaster Association

The Routemaster Association is an organisation supporting owners and operators of the London Routemaster bus. It was formed after many of these vehicles were withdrawn from London service and sold in the 1980s.

In 1988 the Routemaster Operators and Owners Association was formed, aiming to share knowledge and operating experience, provide technical information and help with obtaining spare parts. The association organised several large gatherings, including the 40th Anniversary celebration in 1994 and the Routemaster 50 and Routemaster 60 rallies at Finsbury Park in 2004 and 2014.

The Association also sells club-related products such as spare parts and models, and is a member of the Federation of British Historic Vehicle Clubs. All members receive an illustrated magazine by post.
