Range Rover Register

The Range Rover Register is a club for owners of all Range Rover models, from the earliest prototypes to the very latest examples. The club was founded in 1985, after a group of Land Rover Club members discussed forming it at a 1984 meeting of the Association of Rover Clubs. The original aim was to trace pre-production Range Rovers, known as VELARs, and the vehicles from the June 1970 press launch.

In addition to major 4x4 shows, the club also attends classic car and country shows across the UK, where members display their vehicles on the club stand. Local Area Representatives organise regular local meetings and off-road or scenic driving days. Many members are also active in classic vehicles and concours competitions.

Membership includes one additional family member over 17½ years old with the rights and privileges of membership. Owners of early models through current vehicles are welcome, as well as marque enthusiasts without a car.
