O.Z. Cassovia Classic Košice

Cassovia Classic is an organisation (o.z.) based in Košice that organises events for historic vehicles. The website describes itself as a presentation of historic vehicle shows.

In 2014 the first veteran vehicle meeting under the name Cassovia Classic came into being. It was held together with the opening of a small veteran museum in Košice. The date was set to the last full weekend of May of the year. As inspiration and support, the text names the organisers of events such as Piešťanské zlaté stuhy and 500km Slovenských as well as the publisher of the magazine Veteran.sk. A close cooperation developed with the ZZHV.

In 2015 the event took place over three days for the first time. For the future, the text mentions the combination of 500KM SLOVENSKÝCH and Cassovia Classic 2023 from Košice to Bratislava, followed by the FIVA International Rally 2024. The stated aim is a meeting of friends united by their love of historic vehicles and the city of Košice.
