MOLS RALLY TEAM VZW

The club was founded in 1987 in Mol, when several motorsport enthusiasts met in a tavern to establish a motorsport club.

In 1996 it was decided to organize a touring rally for classic cars, giving rise to the first Kempen Historic. The event was then held at the club's premises at Café Meulenberg in Mol Millegen.

Participant numbers grew over the years, peaking at 234 participants in 2011. In 2015 the 20th edition was celebrated with 245 participants. In 2022 the 25th edition of the Kempen Historic was organized, after which this format was discontinued.

Since 2023 the club instead organizes The New Kempen Historic, supported by the Mollenrit in aid of Help Brandwonden Kids.
