messapia automotoclub storico

The Messapia Automotoclub Storico is a non-profit association based in Ugento in the province of Lecce. The name derives from the historical region of Messapia, inhabited by the Messapians.

The club was founded on 13 December 2001 by ten friends passionate about vintage cars and motorcycles. Through affiliation with the Automotoclub Storico Italiano, the club can certify vehicles and offer benefits to its members.

The club's goal is to spread the culture of historic motoring and promote its preservation by organizing events. The events have a touristic, food-and-wine, and cultural character.
