LES VIEUX DU VOLANT

The association is dedicated to rediscovering and driving pre-war vehicles. It is affiliated with the FFVE federation and governed by the French law of 1 July 1901.

The vehicles include automobiles, trucks, cyclecars and old pre-war motorcycles. Members aim to encourage owners of such vehicles to drive them as often as possible.

The association organises outings and rallies suited to these vehicle types, including heritage discovery days with castles, towns and coastal sites, combined with shared picnics. In doing so, the event calendars of existing regional clubs are taken into account. Events are also organised featuring exhibitions of their vehicles and microphone commentary.

The association sees itself as a group of friends enthusiastic about cars, trucks, cyclecars and old motorcycles, whether or not they own a vehicle themselves.
