LES VIEILLES CHAINES VILLEFRANCHOISES

The club is an association for collectible motorcycles over 30 years old. It is affiliated with the Fédération Française des Véhicules d'Epoque.

The statutes were filed on 30 March 1998 with the Sous-Préfecture of Villefranche de Rouergue. The aim is to promote and preserve the motorcycling heritage since its origins, through restoration and static or dynamic events.

Since then, every year on the first Sunday of September, between fifty and ninety motorcycles gather around the old Bastide of Villefranche de Rouergue. In 2002, the club, together with the town administration, hosted the Tour de France of old motorcycles.
