Kotka, Finnland
About the club
The club was founded as an independent association in Kotka on 8 May 1967 by vehicle enthusiasts from Kotka, Karhula and Hamina.
The club has locations in Kotka and Kouvola as well as its own premises in Kotka-Laajakoski, Koria's Pioneeripuisto and Inkeroinen. Regular activities include monthly meetings, organizing driving events, automobile exhibitions, member training, vehicle inspections and the sale of spare parts and accessories. The annual main events are the Kuninkaantieajo in late May, the Harrasteajoneuvomarkkinat in late July and the Villen ajo in late August.
The club has about 600 members, and its current area of activity covers Kymenlaakso and Itä-Uusimaa. Membership does not require owning a vintage or hobby vehicle; mere interest in the matter is enough.
