FEDERATION PANHARD & LEVASSOR

The Fédération des Clubs Panhard et Levassor, based in Paris, is an umbrella organization of clubs dedicated to the Panhard et Levassor brand. It today unites 18 clubs of the brand. Panhard et Levassor was the first car brand to produce automobiles for customers, passenger car production ended in 1967, but the brand lives on through Panhard enthusiast associations worldwide.

The federation was founded on April 16, 1987 by Jean Panhard, with the aim of organizing joint actions among its members and other organizations to defend and promote the existence and role of Panhard et Levassor in automobile history.

An annual general meeting is held in February in Paris. Regular activities also include the RIPL international meeting, held in various locations such as the Netherlands, Belgium, Italy or Sweden.
