About the club
The Simca Bertone Club is a French association for owners of the Simca 1000 and 1200 S coupés and their derivatives. It was created in 1994 when Roland Meyer took over the existing Simca 1200 S Club France and included the 1000 coupés, thereby founding the Simca Bertone Club.
The association has around 300 members, about forty of whom live outside France. A quarterly bulletin keeps in touch with the members.
The club's aim is to preserve the Simca Bertone 1000 and 1200 S coupés through the remanufacturing of parts and the advice of experienced members. The association is organised under the French law of 1 July 1901.
