Cisitalia was founded in 1946 by an industrialist and amateur racing driver in Turin, working with well-known engineers and designers.

The club is building an archive of restoration projects to document details essential for maintaining originality and authenticity. It serves as a clearing house for technical knowledge, parts sourcing, and restoration guidance, occasionally offering parts and custom fabrication.
