Burnham Steam & Historic Machinery Club Ltd

The club collects and displays items from the 'Olde Worlde' machine world.

The club was founded in the mid-1970s by enthusiasts who lamented the passing of road and agricultural steam. In the early days there were regular monthly meetings with invited speakers, evening visits to local collections, and social events such as barbecues and an annual Dinner Dance. In the mid-1970s the club held two successful steam rallies in the Slough-Maidenhead area and has since played an active role at several local rallies.

The club occasionally holds social evenings and events, and coach trips to interesting places for the whole family. The club makes occasional visits to historic sites and events. The club is open to everyone of all ages, male or female.
