Buckler Register
Großbritannien
About the club
The brand traces back to Derek Buckler, who in 1947 designed his own chassis for the engine and running gear of his Ford 1172cc E93a and won over 200 awards with it. Many chassis were tailored to customer requests, fitted with engines from Coventry Climax, Ford, MG, Triumph, BMC, Daimler and Jaguar, and in one case even a Lincoln V12.
The first Register meeting took place on 23 July 1972 in Bristol, followed by a second meeting on 23 June 1974 at the Tally Ho Inn in Eversley.
Membership is open to owners and former owners of Buckler vehicles, who can join the Register.
