The parent MG Owners Club was formed in 1973 to serve the growing needs of the MG sports car enthusiast. It is considered the world's largest single marque car club.
The West Midlands Region, where the club is based, stretches from Herefordshire in the south up to the Potteries in the north and from Shrewsbury in the west to Coventry in the east. Those not yet members of one of the local clubs can visit a nearby meeting.
