AUTO RETRO HALLUIN

The club is an association in Halluin, founded in 1999 under the 1901 association law. Membership does not require an old vehicle, only an interest in period vehicles.

The club meets every third Wednesday of the month from 7 pm for a monthly gathering. The association also organises monthly meetings called Expopotes to show old vehicles. A multi-day trip following the footsteps of the impressionist painters is also part of the activities.

At the meetings a Toyota Celica as a youngtimer and a rare AutoUnion with a three-cylinder two-stroke engine were shown. At the Balade Expo, anniversaries of the Renault 4, Citroën Ami 6, Jaguar Type E, Triumph TR4 and the Mobylette were celebrated. The association accepts anything that runs: cars, motorcycles, Solex, scooters, tractors, trucks and other motorised vehicles over thirty years old.
