The club is dedicated to all historic cars and motorcycles, after initially a club for Fiat 500 only was considered.

The club was officially founded on 2 October 2004 out of the passion of some collectors from the Ossola area. Since 2005 it has organised its own gathering, the Raduno Auto Moto Storiche, which has been repeated every year since and accompanied by further events.

Since early 2008 the club has been affiliated with A.S.I. (Automotoclub Storico Italiano), giving members insurance benefits as well as technical services such as re-registrations and technical inspections. The club's aim is, besides the valorisation of historic vehicles, also to promote knowledge of the local valleys and typical local products.
