Asociación Española de Clásicos Deportivos

Admitted vehicles include classic sports cars from 1945 to 1969, American fifties models, post-classics from 1970 to 1984, saloons with sporting pedigree, and so-called born classics such as Ferrari, BMW Z3, Alfa Spider and GTV.

The association was founded in 1974 by a group of classic sports car enthusiasts. Tourist-gastronomic outings, elegance contests, slalom and speed trials, and regularity rallies are organised. Every year, uninterrupted, a trial is held at the Circuito del Jarama. A total of eleven trials are held each year.

The association maintains relations with other related clubs and veteran associations in Spain and abroad, as well as a close link to the Real Automóvil Club de España Foundation. Anyone already a member of another classic or veteran club does not need to join AECD but is welcome at its events.
