Stowarzyszenie Miłośników Starej Motoryzacji i Techniki Moto Retro

The Stowarzyszenie Miłośników Starej Motoryzacji i Techniki "Moto-Retro" (association of enthusiasts of old motoring and technology) is an association in Białystok. It brings together enthusiasts of old cars and motorcycles as well as technology in a broader sense.

The history goes back to 1988. At that time, friends of historic vehicles who met in a café founded the Klub Starych Pojazdów "Ritz". The history goes back to 1988. Since 2006 it has run a museum of motoring and technology on the site of a former military warehouse, where exhibits belonging to the association and its members can be seen. This museum also serves as a venue for internal meetings.

The association has thematic groups: a motorcycle club for older two-wheelers, the Moto Retro Youngtimer Club and, since 2022, a fire brigade section that looks after firefighting equipment. Over the course of the year the association takes part in several events and presents its vehicles there. Every year on the long weekend around Corpus Christi it organises the Podlaski Rajd Moto Retro, a touristic rally for historic vehicles. It goes back to the Ritz Rally of 1989 and has taken place in a new form since 2004.
